Job Description

The friendship Circle is a warm and vibrant organisation dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities.  

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to run our Boys Teen Club and Men’s Young Adult Division. There is a current structure in place which needs running and developing.

You will be passionate about inclusion, creative and empathetic, self motivated and work well as part of a team.

Experience and skills Required

• Empathetic with excellent people skills
• Passion for inclusion, advocacy, Jewish life and practice
• Flexible with strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• Comfortable and confident working with individuals with a varying level of ability
• Previous experience working with individuals with additional needs or background in youth work, informal education or community programming
