Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will support the Business Manager in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and analyse various reports.
  • Source and research.
  • Improve and implement strategic solutions.
  • Enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct till tests and theft detection.
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs or maintenance.

Experience and skills Required

Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to interact with colleagues and external contacts.
Computer Proficiency: Competency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite, excel and email programs.
