Job Description

Duties include:

  • Managing EPC jobs and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients.
  • Coordinating and managing bookings for our energy assessors, aligning their schedules with tenants availability to arrange property visits.
  • Feeling comfortable to make phone calls to tenants/liaising with clients
  • Carrying out some marketing

Experience and skills Required

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills managing the diverse responsibilities of the position.
  • Drive & motivation to have a strong work ethic to achieve the skills.
  • Communicating well with tenants/clients/office
  • Computer skills (outlook/grammar/excel)
