Job Description
Duties include:
- Managing EPC jobs and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients.
- Coordinating and managing bookings for our energy assessors, aligning their schedules with tenants availability to arrange property visits.
- Feeling comfortable to make phone calls to tenants/liaising with clients
- Carrying out some marketing
Experience and skills Required

- Excellent communication skills managing the diverse responsibilities of the position.
- Drive & motivation to have a strong work ethic to achieve the skills.
- Communicating well with tenants/clients/office
