Job Description
Duties include:
- Oversee daily building upkeep
- Coordinate vendors
- Perform DIY fixes
- Manage shared calendar
- Ensure H&S compliance
- Process admin and finance paperwork
- Support managers with procurement
- Serve as first point of contact for all building users
Experience and skills Required
- Hands‑ on facilities/property operations experience
- Basic DIY capability
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS 365
- Budgeting & vendor management
- Working knowledge of UK H&S (PAT, fire regs)
- Excellent people skills
- Discretion
