Job Description

Duties include:

  • Oversee daily building upkeep
  • Coordinate vendors
  • Perform DIY fixes
  • Manage shared calendar
  • Ensure H&S compliance
  • Process admin and finance paperwork
  • Support managers with procurement
  • Serve as first point of contact for all building users

Experience and skills Required

  • Hands‑ on facilities/property operations experience
  • Basic DIY capability
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS 365
  • Budgeting & vendor management
  • Working knowledge of UK H&S (PAT, fire regs)
  • Excellent people skills
  • Discretion
