Job Description
The Role:
As our E-commerce Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the daily operations of our online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, B&Q and any future platforms. This is a key role that blends operations, analytics & marketing coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across Amazon, eBay, Website, B&Q, Wayfair and TikTok Shop
- Oversee product listings, including uploading new SKUs, writing optimised descriptions, and managing images/videos
- Ensure pricing accuracy, monitor margins, and coordinate promotions and discount campaigns
- Track and analyse sales, traffic, and customer behaviour data to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with each platform’s terms of service and policy updates
- Develop and maintain product and performance reports to share with leadership
- Support and launch new product lines or online store expansions
- Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns, influencer partnerships and seasonal pushes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delistings, flagged products, or shipping delays
- Constantly optimise listings for SEO, discoverability, and conversion
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
- Lead the e-commerce team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
