We are seeking a capable and organised Administrator to join our busy Property Management office.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent communication with clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage email correspondence
  • Assist with general office administration and accounts
  • Support property managers
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to tenants and clients

Experience and skills Required

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident computer skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly preferable
  • Basic knowledge in accounts
