A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our expanding team.

Duties include:

  • Maintain accurate customer contact information across all internal systems.
  • Facilitate the on boarding of new customers.
  • Identify and develop new customer referrals to feed into our sales channels.
  • Create up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet agreed customer service quality standards.
  • Client retention management.

Experience and skills Required

Essential Skills:

  • Self-starter with a real can-do approach.
  • Positive outlook with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to multi‐task and work under pressure.
  • A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective organisational and communication skills.
  • Polite telephone manner.
