Job Description

Client-facing senior accounting role responsible for the accuracy and readiness of client financial information.

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting documentation; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close, track outstanding items and help ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
• Manage and review staff work, provide clear feedback and follow up on corrections and deadlines.
• Serve as the main client contact for accounting questions, information requests and progress updates.
• Review financial reports for consistency and accuracy before they are shared with clients.
• Coordinate priorities across clients and staff, maintaining clear records of issues and follow-up actions.

Experience and skills Required

• Strong accounting background, including month-end close, reconciliations and review of journal entries.
• Experience managing staff and reviewing their accounting work.
• Confident, professional communication directly with clients.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• Must provide 6 hours of daily overlap with US business hours.
• Senior-level role; not suitable for junior or data-entry candidates.
